Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days
United States & Canada: 7 to 14 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10 to 18 business days
Other European countries: 7 to 14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time by visiting getveluna.com/apps/parcelpanel. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at help@getveluna.com.

Customs & Import Duties

Veluna ships internationally. Orders may be subject to customs inspections which can occasionally cause delays. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at help@getveluna.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship your order at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Veluna is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at help@getveluna.com and we will do our best to make the correction before dispatch.
